Where to meet men

This is about developing friendships with men. You never know who the men you meet can introduce you to. He may be THE ONE or he may be friends with THE ONE.

yesGolf – take lessons, visit golf shops, attend tournaments
yesGo to a coffee house and bring an intriguing book and/or laptop and a smile
yesJoin a church singles group and attend events
yesHappy hour at a high end restaurant or Hotel
yesWatch Monday Night Football somewhere at sports club, restaurant or party
yesTake a friend to a bowling alley and find a cute guy and ask him to show you his best bowling tip
yesCar wash on a busy day gives you time to mingle and flirt with male patrons
yesCar shows, classic cars or auctions – ask men about to explain about the cars
yesHome improvement stores: Home Depot & Lowes – check out the tools, plumbing and lumber section for manly men
yesSporting goods stores – hang out in the area of sports you like
yesSuperbowl parties – a great annual occasion, pick your venue carefully for the type of man you seek
yesClub Med for singles – go with a girlfriend
yesInvestment & business seminars – sit next to or mingle with unmarried, attractive male attendees
yesReal estate open houses in your area – single, straight male home buyers will need a woman’s touch
yesTake a dance class – preferably partnering styles
yesCoed softball or volleyball league – abundant fun people
yesConcerts in the park – laugh and smile and dance with girlfriends
yesGrocery shopping – 5:15 – 6 pm and weekends
yesBoxing, martial arts training – men always willing to help teach you
yesJoin a Gym: workout before work (6-7:30 am) or 7-9 pm
yesTake a hiking, kayaking or sailing class
yesAttend local sporting events
yesDog park/dog beach – meet other dog lovers
yesVisit computer/electronic stores and ask for recommendations from male shoppers
yesSpeed dating events – keeping your list of non-negotiables in mind
yesWine Tasting Clubs – keep drinking to a minimum
yesJoin a political group – meet men with common views
yesWeekday breakfast at a nice restaurant or hotel
yesAttend Chamber of Commerce events for great networking
yesVolunteer in your community to meet more philanthropic men
yesJoin a snow/water skiing club for like-minded sports enthusiasts
